Pursuant to section 338(2) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Māori Land Court, the Māori freehold land described in the Schedule is to be included in the existing Māori Reservation known as Kauangaroa No 2 Māori Reservation, set apart by notice in the New Zealand Gazette, 26 March 1914, No. 28, page 1158.
