- Declares pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Second Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 655310, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Mortgage 8771218.5;
- Declares pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Third Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 655306, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Mortgage 8771218.5;
- Declares pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Fourth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title 655331, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Mortgage 8771218.5; and
- Declares pursuant to sections 116 and 117, the road described in the Fifth Schedule to this notice to be stopped and further, pursuant to section 120(3), amalgamated with the land in Record of Title NA430/234, subject to Part IVA of the Conservation Act 1987 and section 11 of the Crown Minerals Act 1991 and subject to Mortgage 8771218.5
on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
