Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, Wellington City Council hereby gives notice that:
- Pursuant to section 14(1) of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 22 August 2019, the land described in the First Schedule to this notice is declared to be reserves subject to the Reserves Act 1977 and for the reserve purposes specified;
- Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the reserves described in the Second Schedule to this notice are reclassified from their current classified reserve purposes to their new reclassified reserve purposes specified, subject to the provisions of the Act;
- Pursuant to section 16(10) of the Reserves Act 1977 and pursuant to a resolution passed at its ordinary meeting of 24 February 2021, the land described in the Third Schedule to this notice shall be known by such name as is specified, subject to the provisions of the Act.
