Pursuant to Regulation 17(4) of the Education (Early Childhood Services) Regulations 2008, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 13 October 2020, which was granted under those regulations to Yao Tong, in respect of Blueberries Nursery & Preschool (70351), situated at 29 Macaulay Street, Addington, Christchurch.

This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
