to be an electricity operator for the purposes of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992.

The Declaration of Electricity Operator (Kapuni Green Hydrogen Project LP) Notice 2021 declares an electricity distributor to be an electricity operator under the Electricity Act 1992.

Kapuni Green Hydrogen Project LP is declared an operator for the purposes of section 24 of the Electricity Act 1992, which gives it rights to construct and maintain electricity works on roads.
