Pursuant to section 79(2) of the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990, the Associate Minister of Health has appointed

Erica Hodgson

as Chairperson of the Regulated Products Appeals Committee for a three-year term; and appointed

Jonathan Hanton

as a member of the Committee for a three-year term, both commencing on 15 November 2021.
