Section 166(3) of the Public and Community Housing Management Act 1992

In the notice with the above title, published in the New Zealand Gazette, 20 April 2021, Notice No. 2021-go1496, the full name of the community housing provider then listed as Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei Whai Maia Limited should now read Whai Māia Charitable Trust 1.
