Pursuant to section 28(1)(a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Health has appointed

Hon Steve Maharey

as Chair of the Pharmac Board for a three-year term of office commencing on 4 December 2021; and appointed

Dr Anthony Jordan, and

Talia Anderson-Town

as members of the Pharmac Board for three-year terms of office commencing on 4 December 2021.
