This instrument, which comes into force on 2 August 2021, gives approval for payments under Part 6 of the programme to farmers affected by drought or flood or by both drought and flood in the territories of the following local authorities:
- Marlborough District Council:
- Kaikoura District Council:
- Hurunui District Council:
- Selwyn District Council:
- Waimakariri District Council:
- Christchurch City Council:
- Ashburton District Council:
- Timaru District Council:
- Mackenzie District Council:
- Waimate District Council:
- Waitaki District Council:
- Central Otago District Council:
- Queenstown Lakes District Council:
- Dunedin City Council:
- Clutha District Council:
- Chatham Islands District Council:
- Buller District Council:
- Grey District Council:
- Westland District Council:
- Tasman District Council.
The approval applies between 2 August 2021 and the close of 1 August 2022.
The instrument is a disallowable instrument for the purposes of the Legislation Act 2012 and is administered by the Ministry for Social Development.
