Pursuant to section 186H(2) of the Fisheries Act 1996, the Manager Aquaculture and Fisheries Permitting, Ministry for Primary Industries (acting under authority delegated to her by the Director-General of the Ministry for Primary Industries), gives the following notice:

1. An aquaculture decision has been made for Resource Consent U200366, Port Ligar – Christopher John Bull; New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited as trustee of Wards Bull Trust; and Stephen Frank Bull, Catherine Louise Bull and Glasgow Harley Trustee Limited as trustees of the Stephen Bull Family Trust.
