Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to appoint a Limited Statutory Manager for the Te Kura Kaupapa Māori o Piripono Te Kura Whakahou ki Ōtara (4205) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 18 September 2014, No. 112, page 3193).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
