Pursuant to section 11(1) of the Commerce Act 1986, the Minister for Commerce and Consumer Affairs has amended the appointment to the Commerce Commission of:

Lindsay Vhari McWha

as an Associate Member, to add that this appointment is also in respect of matters arising under the Fuel Industry Act 2020. This amendment commences on 1 July 2021 for a term ending on 13 September 2025;

This notice shall be read together with the Appointment to the Commerce Commission (New Zealand Gazette, 9 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-go4189).
