Under the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, I, The Honourable Dr Ayesha Verrall, Acting Minister of Conservation, hereby approve the sale of the following parcel of land currently vested in the Grey District Council, being part of the land described in Part C of the Schedule to the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, under the description “Greymouth Harbour Lands” and being more particularly described in the following Schedule.

Schedule

Residential land proposed for sale by the Grey District Council, pursuant to the Reserves and Other Lands Disposal Act 1982 and the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991.

In terms of section 5(2)(c) of the Harbour Boards Dry Land Endowment Revesting Act 1991, the approval shall take effect on the date of this notice.
