Under section 180(8) of the Education and Training Act 2020, acting under delegated authority, I revoke the Notice of Direction to Appoint a Limited Statutory Manager to the Bishop Viard College (256) Board (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 7 May 2018, Notice No. 2018-go1994), and amendment notice (published in the New Zealand Gazette, 19 September 2019, Notice No. 2019-go4299).

This notice takes effect on the date of publication.
