Pursuant to section 66(3)(b) of the Legislation Act 2012, the Governor-General of New Zealand has appointed

Cassandra Emily Nicholson

to the position of Chief Parliamentary Counsel from 7 May 2021 to 6 May 2026, following acceptance by the Governor-General of New Zealand of the Prime Minister’s recommendation.
