Pursuant to section 256 of the Lawyers and Conveyancers Act 2006 (“Act”), notice is hereby given that on 14 October 2020, the New Zealand Lawyers and Conveyancers Disciplinary Tribunal ordered, pursuant to section 242(1)(e) of the Act, that Craig Peter Stevenson be suspended from practice as a barrister or as a solicitor, or as both, for a period of 18 months commencing 14 October 2020.
