Notice of Intention to Remove Incorporated Society From the Register

Notice is hereby given, under section 320 of the Companies Act 1993, that an application will be made to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies to remove the above-named society from the Register of Incorporated Societies pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993, that applies by virtue of section 26(3) of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908, on the grounds that the liquidation has been completed and the documents referred to in section 257(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 have been sent to the Registrar.

Unless, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, written objection to the removal is delivered to the Registrar by 19 May 2021, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice, the Registrar will remove the above-named society from the Register.
