Notice is hereby given that AETHON AERIAL SOLUTIONS NEW ZEALAND PTY LTD has ceased operations internationally including in New Zealand and will be removed from the Overseas Register three months from the date of publication of this notice pursuant to section 341(1) of the Companies Act 1993.
