Pursuant to sections 47 and 40AA(1)(a) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the following exemptions from the Maritime Rules during the period 21 October 2020 to 6 October 2021 inclusive:
