New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2021/25

Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement—This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2021/25 and will come into force 28 days after the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette.

2. Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

  • Inserting line 644A in Schedule 9, Part G to read:
    “Line No.: 644A
    SH No.: 54
    Locality: Feilding
    From (Road): 95m north of Eyre Street
    To (Road): 0m from Eyre Street
    Route Position: RP 38/4/460
    Direction of Travel: Southbound
    Side of Road: Right
    Restriction: No Stopping
    Time Period: At all times.
    New Zealand Gazette Reference: 24 November 2021, Notice No. 2021-au5079”

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw, which comes into force on and from 24 December 2021, amends the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14.
