In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Michael Hargreaves, Acting Chief Executive, give notice that I have exempted Ravensdown Aerowork Limited from compliance with regulation 16.23 of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 25 January 2021 and expires on 25 January 2026 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.
