Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Seascape (2010) Limited on 3 March 2021 under the powers contained in an agreement dated 20 January 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
