Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, that on 15 October 2021, Tony Leonard Maginness and Jared Waiata Booth (“receivers”), were appointed jointly and severally as receivers of GROW BUILD NZ LIMITED by United Timber Merchants Limited under the terms of a security agreement dated 2 February 2021. The receivers were earlier appointed as receivers and managers of the company on 22 September 2021 by Timber Cabins Group Limited, and this appointment continues. The property in receivership for both appointments is all of the company’s present and after acquired personal property.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim that they may have against the company, including details of any claims made against the assets of the company pursuant to reservation of title or otherwise, to the receivers at the address denoted below. Details of any claim should be provided within 10 working days from the date of this notice.
