Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on 14 September 2021, Andrew John Grenfell and Kare Johnstone, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed by Perpetual Corporate Trust Limited as custodian for QREOF Union Green Pty Ltd (as trustee of the QREOF Union Green Trust) as receivers and managers of the property of WEST VILLAGE CAPITAL PARTNERS LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 4 September 2015.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
