Notice of Resignation of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Recevierships Act 1993

Take notice that on 16 August 2021, Brian Mayo-Smith vacated office by resigning as receiver and manager of the above-named companies.

Take further notice that on 16 August 2021 Diana Clare Matchett and Colin Anthony Gower, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named companies.

The Receivers’ Office Address is: BDO Christchurch Limited, 287–293 Durham Street North, Christchurch 8013.
