Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 31 July 2021, Andrew McKay and Rees Logan, both chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland, were appointed joint and several replacement receivers and managers over collateral of the companies under the terms of a general security agreement (GSA) dated 9 October 2007. The property in receivership is all of the companies’ present and after-acquired property and all personal property in which the companies have rights, whether now or in the future charged by, or subject to security pursuant to, the GSA, with all the powers conferred by, and subject to the terms and conditions of, the GSA and by law.
