Pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993, Geoff Brown and Lynda Smart, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Rodgers Reidy, Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Specialists, hereby give notice that on 30 June 2021 they were appointed by the Bank of New Zealand jointly and severally as receivers and managers of the property of Airport Ground Support Services Limited under the powers contained in the following instrument:

A debenture agreement dated 6 December 1991 in relation to all of the present and after-acquired property, and all personal property in which the company has rights, whether now or in the future.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. Further information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
