Notice of Appointment of Receiver and Manager

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 8(1)(b) of the Receiverships Act 1993 that on 20 January 2021, Gregory John Sherriff was appointed receiver and manager of the above-mentioned entities under the factoring facility agreement with guarantee, dated 17 November 2020, and pursuant to the Ignite Solutions Limited factoring facility agreement and general security agreement general terms which property consists of all present and after acquired personal property. The appointer is Ignite Solutions Limited
