Notice by Receiver or Manager Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited hereby give notice that pursuant to section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993 we ceased to act as receivers and managers of 100% of the shares of EMERALD FOODS LIMITED on 13 April 2021 at 3.30pm.
