Notice of Appointment of Receivers of Company Property

Duncan Varnham Fea, Fellow Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Findex (NZ) Limited, Queenstown, was appointed to be receiver and manager of the above-named company by Southern Ventures NZ Limited under the terms of a general security agreement dated 26 June 2017. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.
