Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of EGMONT LOGGING LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 14 December 2021 at 2.23pm on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

We fix 24 January 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
