Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of RALEIGH BULK HAULAGE LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 19 November 2021 at 2.53pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 10 January 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
