Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

On 2 August 2021 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that SMALLBONE LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew John Hawkes, director and chartered accountant of Beck & Caul Financial and Accounting Limited, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 2 August 2021 at 10.00am.

Creditors’ Claims

In Accordance With Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994

The liquidator hereby fixes 20 August 2021, being a day not less than 10 working days from the day since this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation as part of a legal entity closedown process following the conclusion of a business joint venture.
