Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120), was appointed as liquidator of the above-named company by the High Court at Invercargill (CIV-2021-425-49), pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act on 29 July 2021 at 11.55am on the application of ABC Business Solutions Limited.

We fix 31 August 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
