Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, following a solvency resolution, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ORB GROUP LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders on 27 July 2021 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: ORB GROUP LIMITED is a solvent liquidation.
