Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993

Vivian Judith Fatupaito and Luke Norman, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of TURBOCHARGERS NZ LIMITED by the High Court of New Zealand at Nelson on 16 July 2021 at 11.25am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

On 16 July 2021 Elizabeth Helen Keene was appointed joint and several liquidator upon the resignation of Luke Norman.

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of QUALIFIED FIRE PROTECTION PERSONNEL LIMITED by the High Court of New Zealand at Nelson on 16 July 2021 at 11.29am. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 16 September 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
