Notice of Certification of Performance

We, Craig William Melhuish and Christine Jane Johnston, both of Nexia New Zealand, Christchurch, as deed administrators of the deed of company arrangement executed on 15 September 2020 (“deed”) certify that the deed has been performed.

In accordance with the terms of the deed and section 239ADC(1)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, the deed automatically terminates upon execution of this notice.

The deed administrators will be notifying the Registrar of Companies of the completion of the administration and a report on the administration will be uploaded to the Companies Register in due course.
