Rino Tirikatene as Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Minister for Oceans and Fisheries, and Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Minister for Trade and Export Growth;

Dr Deborah Faye Russell as Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Minister of Revenue.
