Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnerships to the Register on the application of the persons named below. I am satisfied that these limited partnerships were at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for them to continue in existence.

VMG VENTURES (NO 6) LP (2635534). Applicant: VMGV GP Limited, c/- Alex Rallis, Level 2, 24 Wyndham Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010.

Any person who wishes to object must do so by 13 November 2020, being not less than 20 working days from the date of this notice.
