Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Pursuant to Section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993

 Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 221(4)(b) of the Companies Act 1993, that the amalgamating companies propose to amalgamate, with ABI REHABILITATION NEW ZEALAND LIMITED continuing as the remaining (or surviving) company.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom the amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies:

ABI REHABILITATION NEW ZEALAND LIMITED and ABI COMMUNITY SERVICES LIMITED, 2 Crummer Road, Ponsonby, Auckland 1021.

ABI NZ LIMITED and ABI SERVICES (WELLINGTON) LIMITED, 180 Metcalfe Road, Ranui, Waitakere City.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
