Notice to Creditors to Claim

Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 and Liquidation Regulations 1994

After obtaining directions from the High Court, we, John Fisk and David Bridgeman, as the receivers of the Receivership Entities and liquidators of the Liquidation Companies, confirm that we are nearing a position to enable a distribution of the assets we hold in relation to the Receivership Entities and the Liquidation Companies.

In respect to the above, please take notice that we fix 30 November 2020 as the day on or before which the creditors of the Receivership Entities and/or the Liquidation Companies are to make their claims, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
