Under the Reserves Act 1977, the Director Operations, Eastern South Island, Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the appointment of the Royal New Zealand Plunket Society (Ashley/ Waimak Branch Incorporated) to control and manage the reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further appoints the Woodend Before and After School Programme to control and manage the said reserve for the purposes of a local purpose (community use) reserve.
