Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kerry McPhail, Land Information New Zealand, hereby amends the notice dated 10 December 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 14 December 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln5697, by deleting in paragraph b. of the recital

“Record of Title 801970”

and substituting with

“Record of Title 961852”
