Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Ministry of Conservation, the Auckland Council hereby changes the classification of the reserve described in the Schedule to this notice from Local Purpose (Community Use) Reserve to Local Purpose (Hostel Buildings) Reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
