Gazette.govt.nzPursuant to sections 41(1) and 61 of the Ngāi Tai ki Tāmaki Claims Settlement Act 2018 (“Settlement Act 2018”), the New Zealand Geographic Board Ngā Pou Taunaha o Aotearoa gives notice of one discontinued official Crown Protected Area (CPA) name. The discontinued CPA name took effect on 27 September 2018, being the date specified in the Settlement Act 2018.
