In exercise of the powers conferred on it by delegation under the Reserves Act 1977, the South Waikato District Council hereby amends an error in the notice classifying recreation reserves in Tokoroa and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 15 September 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln4296, by omitting from the notice

“Record of Title 951105”

and inserting in its place

“Record of Title 951109”

for Inman Reserve.
