Pursuant to section 140(4) of the Local Government Act 2002 the Queenstown Lakes District Council (“Council”) hereby changes the endowment purpose of land described in the Schedule hereto to “Affordable Housing” from that of “Public Utility”.

The Council passed a resolution on 18 April 2019 to change the purpose, subject to the approval of the Ministry of Local Government, with that approval now being received.

All that piece of land being 3.6831 hectares more or less and described as Lot 2 Deposited Plan 300390 Town of Queenstown contained in Certificate of Title 2417.
