Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council, acting under delegated authority, hereby gives notice that the following resolutions were passed on 23 June 2020:

1. Pursuant to section 16(1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council hereby classifies the land described in the First Schedule as Local Purpose (Community Building) Reserve, subject to provisions of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977, the Southland District Council hereby changes the classification of the land described in the Second Schedule from Recreation Reserve to Local Purpose (Community Building) Reserve, subject to provisions of the Act.
