Pursuant to section 55 of the Public Works Act 1981 and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Jonathan Wright, Land Information New Zealand hereby amends the notice with the above heading, dated 12 March 2020 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 16 March 2020, Notice No. 2020-ln1201, by deleting in the first paragraph

“pursuant to section 52(1), set apart for the functioning indirectly of a road (segregation strip) and shall remain vested in the Crown and,”

and replacing in the first paragraph

“section 120(3), amalgamated with”

with

“section 117(7), added to”.

And by replacing in the First Schedule

“Set Apart for the Functioning Indirectly of a Road (Segregation Strip) and Amalgamated”

with

“Added to the land in Record of Title 844093”
