Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1981, and to a delegation from the Minister for Land Information, Kavya Shrivastava, Land Information New Zealand, declares that

1. Pursuant to section 114 the land in the First Schedule is declared road, which shall vest in the Waikato District Council; and
2. Pursuant to sections 116 and 117(7) the portion of road described in the Second Schedule is to be stopped and added to the land in RT SA42B/876

on the date of publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette.
